Worried about the climate crisis? We’re channelling angst into action!
The MetroWest node invites new and veteran activists from Boston’s western suburbs. Since November 2013, we have been welcoming residents of Acton, Ashland, Bedford, Concord, Framingham, Hudson, Lexington, Lincoln, Marlborough, Maynard, Natick, Sherborn, Southborough, Stow, Sudbury, Wayland, Wellesley, and Weston (and beyond).
If you are interested in attending an upcoming node meeting, please fill out the form below and we will share zoom information with you!

We hold monthly meetings, on the 3rd Thursday, 7-9pm, when we gather (online at present) to share, learn, and organize to address the Climate Crisis on many fronts. In the process, we are building a community of caring activists who deeply understand that mutual support is essential as we confront the possibility of enormous loss and upheaval on a warming planet. The stakes are high, and we need each other!
We plan and engage in actions and campaigns in our own region, in Boston, and wherever we are called. Some of our members participate in town-level organizations; as regional Node, we provide a forum for them to learn from each other’s experiences, as well as tackle some projects at a larger scale.
We advocate for climate justice, for changes that will limit the damage, and for sustainable systems so life can thrive on Earth, our only home. Transformation is possible to avert the worst effects of the climate crisis.
Let’s do all we can to make it happen, TOGETHER! Join us!
What Our Members Are Saying
As an occasional polar bear, I can tell you our node is a great place for people eager to take action to address the climate crisis right here in the MetroWest area and together with others from around the state. I have learned so much from my fellow MetroWesters. There is so much we can do!
