What is "Climate Justice"?

Climate change is a global issue that impacts all of us, but it does not impact us all the same way. In this training, we will discuss how we can organize alongside those who are most vulnerable to extreme weather, rising heat, and flood waters--the frontlines of the climate crisis--so that we can win together.

This virtual workshop is for everyone! If you are just dipping your toes or if you are a long time movement leader, we can discuss and learn together. What is climate justice? And how can we incorporate it in our work?

350 Mass was founded with the mission of furthering climate justice, moving past traditional environmentalism or just "reducing carbon emissions," to build a people-powered movement to fight for a more just society that is resilient to impacts of climate change, and to mitigate the worst impacts here in MA and across the globe.
