Some ideas to build local climate organizing community power:
- Bring cookies to our tabling events
- Use their front porches to have people sign FSA pledges
- Put yard signs on their lawn
- Wrangle children at events
- Come to an Art Build and help us create materials for events
- Accompany someone when we canvass or collect vote pledges
- Participate in text banking
- Participate in standouts
- Talk with their neighbors and record their reaction to the FSA
- Provide know how re: graphic designing
- Forward emails to 5 friends
- Provide some materials, such as markers and paint, for events around town
- Sign petitions
- Show up at Council and other public meetings
- Address envelopes (ha ha)
- Write send postcardsÂ
- Write letters to the editor
- Post on social media
