350 Mass is marching in HONK!

HONK! is an annual activist street festival that culminates in a march down Mass Ave from Davis Square, Somerville to Harvard Square, Cambridge. This year, we're celebrating 20 years of HONK! along with so many other community organizations, activist groups, bands, and street performers. Learn more about HONK! here: https://honkfest.org/
Sign up here to march with the 350 Mass contingent! Bring your shirt, your signs, your fanciest hat! In the lead up to the march on Sunday, we also hope to make some great banners (and signs and costumes and whatever else!) to show up in dramatic fashion.
Here's everything you need to know:
- We will gather in the parking lots at the intersection of Day Street and Herbert Street in Davis Square, Somerville. These lots are right in front of Flatbread Pizza, and behind CVS. Here is a map.
- Please arrive around 11:00AM on Sunday morning. The parade steps off at 12:00 sharp.
- The route goes from Davis Square to Harvard Square (~1.9 Mi). Here is a map.
- We will take one last group photo in Harvard square after the march.
- Then you're free to enjoy the rest of the festivities!
What to bring:
- Rain gear! we're marching in the rain, but there's no such thing as bad weather, just wrong clothes.
- Signs + Banners. (I will bring 350 Mass and Make Polluters Pay banners from our office, but please bring more)
- More marchers. Fill your car, take a friend on the train, share an umbrella as you walk over--let's have a big showing!
